Children enjoyed using their ever-growing engineering skills during a recent CONNECT STEAM class at the Highland Falls Intermediate School. Using paper and straws, they created wind-propelled race cars, as shown here. CONNECT is the free, afterschool program for HFIS third through eighth graders, provided by the West Point Association of Graduates.
