Students need to combine their knowledge of science, technology, engineering and math (aka STEM) to solve interactive puzzles in CONNECT’s new ‘Escape the Room’, part of the free after-school program for third through sixth graders at the Highland Falls Intermediate School. Here, Prince Chambers Jr., Imani Raza and Eliana Solares work on one of the projects. They had to “think critically and work collaboratively”, CONNECT staff says … and they did! CONNECT is provided to HFIS students by the West Point Association of Graduates.
