CONNECT students took an exciting field trip to the Army vs Navy baseball game at Johnson Stadium at Doubleday Field at West Point. The day could not have been better! They stood up proudly for the national anthem and felt a sense of pride and patriotism watching the Cadets from Annapolis and West Point battle it out for a win. USMA Superintendent Lt. General Gilland threw out the first pitch. Enjoying snacks and treats they cheered for Army. A sense of community was felt as their fellow spectators joined in to root for the home team. CONNECT students were inspired by the hard work and dedication from the players. The game kept everyone on edge as neither team scored until the very end. Eventually Army took the lead 1-0 for the win. Go Army, Beat Navy!
