Every year, we come together to celebrate the remarkable vision of Janet Brown…CONNECT, whose unwavering spirit of generosity continues to inspire our community. We welcomed families to celebrate with us and Janet was able to join in on the festivities via video call. We reflected on the year’s accomplishments through a slideshow, and celebrated with a performance from our cheerleaders that energized the crowd. In the spirit of giving that Janet embodies, our crafting class presented blankets to the local fire department. Afterward, we moved to the cafeteria, where an array of delicious snacks awaited and the end-of-year giveaway. The grand prize—two bicycles—was awarded to two deserving students. Thankfully, the rain held off, allowing everyone to enjoy the outdoor activities, which included a bouncy house, a dunk tank, and an ice cream truck. It was a memorable day that not only celebrated Janet’s legacy but also fostered a sense of community and connection.
